Food Pairing: The crispness and nice acid allows this wine to pair well with a variety of fods including cilantro shrimp, cristpy calamari, oysteres, salmon or herb roasted pork. Great with gorgonzola, bre and goat cheeses. A great start to any meal or just to sip in the afternoon on the deck.
Wine Making: 100% estate grown. Aged in neutral oak so the wine is a bit smoother and less overwhemlingly herbaceous.
