Wine Making: All three grape varietals in this Meritage Blend come from the Hoyal Vineyard outside of Jacksonville Oregon. All three being de-stemmed, fermented and gently pressed give this wine great structure. Malo-lactic fermentation 28 months of barrel aging add to the complex, balanced flavors in this wine. 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot, 7%  Cabernet franc.
